We’re looking for a new Trakt team member to handle community management and customer support. You would be the first person to help our community with any questions or problems they have.
This is a part time contractor position, starting at 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand your role and hours. You will work remotely and use your own computer hardware.
Your job will include:
- Representing Trakt and building positive relationships with our community
- Customer support (email, public tickets, social media, mobile app)
- Moderation (comments, movies, tv shows, VIP forums)
- Fixing metadata (on Trakt and TMDB)
- Maintaining featured lists (i.e. Summer 2022 TV Shows)
- Creating support policies and procedures
Your qualifications:
- You love Trakt and are a power user
- Excellent communication and writing skills (fluent in English)
- Customer support experience
- Social media experience
- Work both independently and as part of a team
About Trakt:
Trakt was founded in 2010 by Justin, Sean, and Jimmy and has grown to over 8 million members. We’re a small team with 4 remote employees (California, Australia, Canada). In addition to the Trakt website, we have an official iOS app and are working on an Android version.
